- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Medium onion cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Chicken fillets cut into cubes2 unit(s)
- Cassava1/2 kg
- Chopped leek1 cup
- Hot filtered water5 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Grated Parmesan (for garnish) to taste
- Sauté the chicken in the olive oil, garlic and onion until golden.
- Add the manioc, leek, hot water, salt and pepper.
- Let it cook in the pressure cooker for approximately 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Once cooked, transfer to the blender and beat the ingredients in the blender (just pulse the blender, leave some pieces of the chicken and vegetables).
- Return to the pan and let it boil until it thickens and gives a broth point.
- Serve hot and garnish with grated parmesan and parsley on the plate.
