- Green Smell to taste
- Chopped pepperoni1 cup
- Meat de sertão or chopped charque300 g
- Salt to taste
- Cook the cassava with salt.
- Fry the pepperoni and the meat already desalted. After everything is fried, add tomato, onion, green smell and other seasonings to taste.
- Mix meat in the fried cassava, and adjust the salt.
- Soup ready!
