  • 1.5 kg of peeled and cubed manioc1 kg
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Sliced pepperoni sausage300 g
  • Soy sauce (shoyu)2 tablespoon
  • 3/4 cup of miso-type soy bean paste3/4 cup
  • Sliced chives1 cup
  1. In a pressure cooker, put the water, the bacon broth and the cubed mandioquinha, wait for the pressure to come out, open the pan and book in a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium heat, add the sliced pepperoni sausage, add the sausage and the miso in the pressure cooker and mix well until a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Decorate with the chives and serve immediately.
