- Separate the cauliflower into bouquets, after washing and draining, place them in a container.
- Cover with 500 ml of water, season lightly with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.
- Put the beef broth tablet mixing everything very well then hit it well in the blender
- After hitting the blender put it in a pan. Heat over high heat and add the cream and mix again, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a frying pan, place the bacon in cubes and fry for approximately six minutes, no need to add oil. After fried, set aside.
- Finally, add the cream that is reserved with the bacon, boil for three minutes and add the August green smell. Your cream is ready to serve, bon appetit!
