- Start by cutting the chayote, onion and carrot into large cubes. And sauté in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. After that add 1 l of water and let it cook until the carrot softens.
- When it's ready let it cool and hit the blender and set aside.
- In a large pan, sauté 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil. Then put the calabreza in cubes and the jerky in cubes and sauté everything.
- Then add the condiments, the green smell and the blender broth. When it boils, you can turn off the fire and your chayote broth will be ready.
