- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and celery. Add the chicken breast and let it brown.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they start to break down. Add 1.5 liters of water, the MAGGI Broth tablets, the carrots and the potatoes. Let it cook for about 15 minutes. Add the rice and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes or until cooked. Remove the chicken breast, wait for it to cool a little and shred it. Add the shredded chicken and serve the soup sprinkled with parsley.
