- Olive oil30 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Grate the carrots and sauté them in 30 milliliters of olive oil for 5 minutes over moderately low heat.
- Finely chop the onion, celery and pepper.
- Add them to the carrots, add salt and sauté for 10 minutes over moderately low heat.
- Cut 800 g of chicken breast into small pieces, which we add to the vegetables along with the chicken broth.
- We add black pepper and thyme.
- I cook for 20 minutes on moderately low heat.
- Finally, add 100 g of fide and cook for another 10 minutes over moderately low heat.
- After removing the soup from the stove, sprinkle with parsley.
- Prepare the building by beating the egg with the cream.
