- Cubed chicken breast300 g
- Boiling water2 l
- Chopped carrot1 unit(s)
- Pea1 can(s)
- Rice2 cup
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken and fry on all sides.
- Add the rice and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the boiling water, carrots and peas. Mix well.
- Let it boil until it reduces and cooks the rice and carrots.
- Add a pinch of saffron, salt, pepper, parsley and chives. Mix and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with sliced French bread.
