- I put the garlic and onion to fry in the oil. Fry for a few minutes and then add the shredded chicken.
- Seasoned with salt, black pepper and mixed well, put the paprika and let it sauté a little.
- I peeled the potato and carrot, chopped it into small pieces and put it in the pan along with the chicken.
- Add the water and let it cook until the carrots are very soft.
- Finally, I added the chopped parsley, mixed it and turned off the heat.
- Then just serve this delight.
