- Lentil1 cup
- Macaroni1 cup
- Chopped Sausage1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Hot water3 cup
- Diced carrots1/3 cup
- Corn1/4 cup
- Fresh peas1/4 cup
- Diced Pumpkin1/3 cup
- grated carrot1/4 cup
- Chopped Parsley1 teaspoon
- Chopped Chives1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- In a pressure cooker, heat the olive oil and sauté the sausage, onion and garlic.
- Add the tomato sauce, water, bay leaf and lentils. Season with salt and pepper, mix and close the pressure cooker.
- After you get pressure, cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the fire and remove the pressure from the pan.
- Add the chopped and grated carrot, pumpkin and corn. Cook until the vegetables are al dente and add the peas and pasta.
- Adjust the salt, and add more hot water if necessary, cook until the pasta is cooked and finish with the parsley and chives.
