- Season the ribs with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Reserve Wash the canjiquinha well. Drain and reserve. Put a liter of water to boil. In a pan, brown the ribs in the oil for five minutes. Remove and set aside In the same pan, add the bacon and let it brown. Add the sausage and fry for another three minutes. Add the ribs, onion and sauté well. Add the bay leaf, stir well and cook for about 30 minutes on low heat. To finish, sprinkle the chopped parsley when serving.😋😋😋
