- Maizena1 tablespoon
- Cook the noodles normally and set aside.
- Cook the meat of your choice and reserve the broth.
- Take a pan and put the meat broth, the noodles, a spoon of butter, the onion and mix for a few seconds.
- For the sauce, pass the beef broth in the butter.
- Dissolve the cornstarch together with the milk until it becomes a kind of porridge over low heat. Let it cool and then add the cream.
- Take the sauce and mix it with the noodles. It's ready to serve.
