Butter

Coloque a manteiga em uma panela, junte a cebola picadinha e o alho e refogue-a até dourar

Put the butter in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until golden.

Acrescente 1 colher de sopa de fubá e doure-a, mexendo sempre com a colher de pau.

Add 1 tablespoon of cornmeal and brown it, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.

Despeje o caldo na panela e quando levantar fervura acrescente o fubá restante, diluído em um pouco d'água.

Pour the broth into the pan and when it boils add the remaining cornmeal, diluted in a little water.

Cozinhe 10 minutos.
Adicione a couve picadinha, ferva mais 10 minutos e sirva bem quente.

Cook 10 minutes.
Add the chopped cabbage, boil for another 10 minutes and serve hot.
