- Butter1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 to taste

- Fuba5 tablespoon
- Cabbage1 cup
- Put the butter in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until golden.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cornmeal and brown it, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the broth into the pan and when it boils add the remaining cornmeal, diluted in a little water.
- Cook 10 minutes. Add the chopped cabbage, boil for another 10 minutes and serve hot.
