- Cornmeal1 cup
- Pork300 g
- Cabbage leaf1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Crushed garlic1 dessert spoon
- Cut the meat into pieces and season with salt.
- In a pressure cooker add oil, chopped onion, and garlic stir.
- Then add the meat, water and cook for 15 minutes.
- In another pan add the cornmeal with water and take it to the kitchen, stir constantly until it starts to thicken.
- Then add the meat with the broth; and the chopped cabbage leaf in the pan where the cornmeal is. Stir to mix well and that's it.
