- Grated Standard Cheese200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the potato cut into cubes (without the skin) and sauté about 3 minutes.
- Add water to cover the potatoes (approximately 1 liter) cover the pan and, when pressure comes to a boil, cook for 15 minutes.
- When the pressure comes out, hit the blender potatoes and return to the pan.
- Season with salt, oregano and nutmeg. Add the cheeses and let it melt.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream.
- Tip: it can be served inside Italian bread.
