Cooked and shredded chicken drumstick1 cup
White rice2/3 cup
Potato cut into small cubes1 cup
Diced carrots1/3 cup
Homemade chicken stock2 l
Chopped Onion1/3 cup
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Green Spice to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon

In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
Add the hot chicken broth, rice, potatoes, carrots and salt and mix.
Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 5 minutes after getting pressure.
Remove the pressure from the pan, add the chicken and mix. Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
