- Cooked and shredded chicken drumstick1 cup
- White rice2/3 cup
- Potato cut into small cubes1 cup
- Diced carrots1/3 cup
- Homemade chicken stock2 l
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Green Spice to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the hot chicken broth, rice, potatoes, carrots and salt and mix.
- Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 5 minutes after getting pressure.
- Remove the pressure from the pan, add the chicken and mix. Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
