- Mimoso cornmeal2 cup
- Water1 l
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Contra Fillet in Steak500 g
- Garlic to taste
- Soy sauce to taste
- Onion to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Soybean oil to taste
- Start by preparing the polenta. In a pan put the water, cornmeal, salt and margarine.
- Stir well until it starts to thicken. Let it cook for approximately 7 minutes.
- In another pan add a drizzle of oil, garlic, onion, chimichurri, meat baits and soy sauce.
- Keep stirring and sautéing the meat. Add a little water and tomato sauce.
- Let it cook for approximately 8 minutes.
- With the polenta already cooked, add the cream and mix well.
- Now just assemble the plate.
- Put the polenta, sauce on top and cheese to taste.
- Serve it hot!
