Mimoso cornmeal2 cup
Water1 l
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Contra Fillet in Steak500 g
Garlic to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Onion to taste
Chimichurri to taste
Tomato sauce2 cup
Mozzarella cheese100 g
Margarine1 tablespoon
Soybean oil to taste

Start by preparing the polenta. In a pan put the water, cornmeal, salt and margarine.
Stir well until it starts to thicken. Let it cook for approximately 7 minutes.
In another pan add a drizzle of oil, garlic, onion, chimichurri, meat baits and soy sauce.
Keep stirring and sautéing the meat. Add a little water and tomato sauce.
Let it cook for approximately 8 minutes.
With the polenta already cooked, add the cream and mix well.
Now just assemble the plate.
Put the polenta, sauce on top and cheese to taste.
Serve it hot!
