Boiled and Squeezed Potato500 g
Can of sour cream1 can(s)
grated onion1 unit(s)
Margarine2 tablespoon
Milk1 l
Chicken bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
Parmesan cheese50 g
Salt1 to taste
Chopped parsley for sprinkling1 to taste

In a pan, place the onion, the margarine and take it to the medium fire, stirring constantly, until the margarine melts and the onion is lightly fried.
Add the milk, the chicken stock cubes, the potato and let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the cream, run the salt add the Parmesan and serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
