- Boiled and Squeezed Potato500 g
- Can of sour cream1 can(s)
- grated onion1 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk1 l
- Chicken bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Chopped parsley for sprinkling1 to taste
- In a pan, place the onion, the margarine and take it to the medium fire, stirring constantly, until the margarine melts and the onion is lightly fried.
- Add the milk, the chicken stock cubes, the potato and let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cream, run the salt add the Parmesan and serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
