- Potato500 g
- Milk2 cup
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic to taste
- Salt and Parsley to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Sour cream200 g
- Peel and cook the potatoes with the milk and 1 cup of water until tender.
- Hit the blender.
- Saute onion in oil, add garlic and tomato. Add the potato mixture, season with salt and parsley. Cook for 5 minutes. Believe the cream, stir and turn off the heat. Serve hot with parmesan on top.
