- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Spinach (pack)1 unit(s)
- Skimmed milk2 cup
- Oat flakes4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until wilted.
- Add the finely chopped spinach and cook until all the water it releases has dried up.
- Add the milk, oats, salt and pepper. Stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Blend everything in the blender.
- Serve with the grated cheese.
