- Recipe
- Meat (piece)1 unit(s)
- Water to cook the meat100 ml
- Potato (Large)1 unit(s)
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Chicken Broth (SazĂłn)6.5 g
- Salt to taste
- Tomato (medium)1 unit(s)
- Onion (medium)1 unit(s)
- Water (Warm)1 l
- Finely chopped potato skins1 unit(s)
- Carrot zest1 unit(s)
- Garlic (one clove of garlic)1 unit(s)
- Rice Flour (I made it at home)1 tablespoon
- Letter Pasta4 tablespoon
- Natural Water400 ml
- In a pressure cooker I put the meat and a little water to cook, let it cook until there is no trace of blood in the meat.
- Cut the tomato and onion and garlic and set aside.
- I washed the carrots and peeled them, grating them (I reserved these peelings, cut them into very small pieces and added the meat.
- I washed the potato, peeled it and cut it into large pieces. I cut the potato skins very thin.
- In the pressure cooker, I added the potato skins and the grated carrot skin, added a little water and sautéed.
- I put the onion, tomato and garlic together in the pressure cooker and let it sauté well and when it dries and starts to stick, add a little water and don't let it burn.
- I added the chopped potatoes to the mixture and let it cook slightly.
- I added a liter of warm water, stirred well, added a chicken SazĂłn and a little salt and a tablespoon of rice flour. I covered the pressure cooker and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
- I let the temperature of the pressure cooker drop, I opened it and added the Letrinha pasta and I added two more glasses of cold water to the soup so my stew wouldn't be too dry.
- Cooked pasta after about 10 minutes boiling is ready, it was very consistent and the meat was ready to be cut with a spoon because it is so soft.
