- Chicken breast fillet (chopped and seasoned to taste)1 unit(s)
- Hot water1 l
- Green Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Green Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Yam3 unit(s)
- Chayote2 unit(s)
- Japanese Pumpkin600 g
- Ginger1 teaspoon
- Seasoning to taste (garlic, onion, paprika, lemon pepper… to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pressure cooker with olive oil, sauté the seasoned chicken fillet and cover with water
- Let it cook for 20 minutes, remove the cooking broth, shred the chicken and set aside
- In the same pan, place the vegetables and cover with the chicken cooking water.
- Cook the soup for about 20 minutes.
- When the vegetables are well cooked, blend them in a blender (or mixer) until creamy.
- Add the shredded chicken and serve
- Enjoy!
