- Peel the potatoes and place in the pan, cover with water and cook for 15 minutes under pressure (pure point) In a large pan, put the pepperoni cut into cubes and let it fry. I add onion and garlic and let it fry well.
- I add the potatoes already cooked at the point of mashed and I knead the fork and mix well. I add salt water to taste
- Add the chopped kale and let it boil well. It's ready just to delight! If you like, you can serve it with bread cut into slices, it's awesome!
