- Water300 ml
- Starch2 teaspoon
- Scented Pepper1 to taste
- Crushed garlic1 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Condiments (paprika, cumin...) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Separate two pans! In a pan, cook one of the eggs for 5 minutes and set aside. Bring to the fire the other pan with the water, all the spices and let it boil. When it reaches the boil, break the other egg inside and stir quickly, after that dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water (very little water) then pour it into the pan and finally add the boiled egg already peeled and let it boil. Note: This recipe is of northeastern origin and very tasty, has a strong and striking flavor.
