- Cooked Black Beans3 cup
- Bacon cut into cubes1 cup
- Pepperoni sausage cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Filtered water4 cup
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Cambuci pepper cut into cubes2 unit(s)
- Pururuca (bag)1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sliced kale and chives (for garnish)1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Blend the cooked black beans with the water in a blender and set aside.
- In a pan sauté in olive oil: garlic, onion, bacon, pepperoni and Cambuci pepper.
- Then add the black beans beaten in the blender.
- Adjust the salt and let it boil for approximately 10 minutes or until it reaches the boiling point.
- Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with crackling and cabbage with chopped chives.
