- Pepperoni sausage01 kg
- Bacon500 g
- Pigskin for crackling01 kg
- Pork Loin500 g
- Onion02 unit(s)
- Cabbage01 unit(s)
- Orange01 unit(s)
- Seasonings01 to taste
- Wash the beans and place in the pressure cooker to cook for 30'
- In a pan put the oil and the pork sauté, let it cook for 20' and fry. In another pan fry the sausage and bacon then add the onion. The already cooked beans are placed together with the sausage, bacon and onion already fried and will be stirring.
- Add the pork to the beans and seasonings to taste.
- Stir and let it boil until the broth thickens.
- Cut the cabbage finely or to your liking.
- Put oil in the pan, let it heat up and add the cubed pork skin, cover and let it fry. Remove the crackling and place on a paper towel.
- Turn off the beans, add the broth of an orange and that's it your feijoada looks wonderful you can accompany it with cabbage, crackling too.
