Em uma panela funda, refogar o alho poró na manteiga por 4 minutos.

In a deep pan, sauté the leek in the butter for 4 minutes.

Adicionar os legumes e a água com o dado de peixe.

Add the vegetables and water with the fish dice.

Picar o salmão e adicioná-lo à sopa junto com o creme de leite. Cozinhar por 4 minutos e adicionar sal, dill e pimenta do reino.

Chop the salmon and add it to the soup along with the cream. Cook for 4 minutes and add salt, dill and black pepper.
