- Salmon400 g
- Carrot2 unit(s)

- Leek1 unit(s)
- Sour cream250 ml
- Water1 l
- Butter50 g
- Concentrated fish broth40 g
- Dill to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop the vegetables.
- In a deep pan, sauté the leek in the butter for 4 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and water with the fish dice.
- Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Chop the salmon and add it to the soup along with the cream. Cook for 4 minutes and add salt, dill and black pepper.
