  • Ripe tomatoes6 unit(s)
  • Small cucumber1 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1/4 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Crumb of 2 French breads2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Cold water500 ml
  • Spicy paprika for garnish1 coffee spoon
  • Cucumber in cubes for garnish1 coffee spoon
  1. Remove the hard crust from the bread, leaving only the crumb. Peel the cucumber. Set aside half to cut into cubes and decorate the plate.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender, add a generous pinch of salt and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Strain the cream and transfer to a bowl, keep in the fridge until serving.
  4. Serve in a deep dish, garnish with paprika, diced cucumber and a drizzle of olive oil.
