- Beans ready.1/2 cup
- Ready-made vegetable panache2 tablespoon
- Sauteed Cabbage2 tablespoon
- Cabbage leaf2 unit(s)
- Cassava1/2 cup
- Tabasco to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend for a few seconds. The beans I made simple with garlic and onion in pressure. You can find the recipe for the vegetables in my folder here on Delirec. Cabbage sautéed with salt and pepper. I cooked the manioc with salt and saved the water to use in the broth if needed so it doesn't get too thick. Total preparation time for the ingredients about 1 hour.
- Serve in a cold or hot deep dish with parsley and extra virgin olive oil on top.
