- English Potato1/2 kg
- Bundle of Kale Butter1/2 unit(s)
- Homemade sausage cut into small cubes150 g
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- In a pressure cooker, cook the potatoes in water with a little salt until they are very soft.
- Blend the potatoes with the water from the cooking in the blender until they have a broth texture. Reserve.
- Cut the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
- In a pan, fry the sausage until all the fat is released. Remove the sausages and set aside resting on a plate lined with paper towels.
- In the sausage fat, sauté garlic and onion.
- Add the potato syrup and return the sausage to the pan. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
- Let it cook for about 10 minutes, add more water from the cooking of the potatoes if it thickens too much.
- Finish with the chopped cabbage and serve immediately.
