- Peeled Potatoes300 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil50 ml
- Pepperoni sausage1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/4 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic2 unit(s)
- Cabbage Leaf100 g
- Place the potatoes, onion, garlic and half the oil in a pan and cover with water.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
- When it's cooked, hit the blender until you get a light cream. Return the mixture to the pan, add the cabbage and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- If you want, beat the kale a little to give a greenish hue (optional). Cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes. At the end, add the sausage in thick slices and cook for another 5 minutes. Correct salt if necessary.
