- Finely chopped bunch of kale2 unit(s)
- Smoked sausage cut into slices500 g
- Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- In a pan with enough water, add the salt and the potatoes.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, put them in a blender to obtain a smooth cream.
- In another pan with oil, sauté the garlic and lightly fry the sausage.
- Put the potato cream in these stir-fries.
- Correct salt pepper and cabbage mix well and let it cook until the cabbage wilts
