- Ground garlic3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)

- Water5 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Remove the corn kernels from the cobs and blend them in a blender with water. Strain in a sieve. Add the other ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring with a wooden spoon. When boiling, cook over low heat for another 15 minutes. If the soup is too thick, add more water. If you want, add pumpkin sprouts or "cambuquira".
