- Put the cooking potatoes on high heat (so they cook faster).
- Chop the pepperoni according to your preference, I'm leaving it in cubes.
- Chop the bacon into small cubes.
- In a large pan, place the bacon to fry with a drizzle of olive oil.
- After the bacon releases the fat, add the pepperoni.
- After the pepperoni and bacon are golden, it's time to put the onions to fry.
- And now you can add garlic too!
- Chop your kale without the stalk and finely.
- Separate half of the cabbage and add the other half to the pan along with the pepperoni, bacon, garlic and onion. And let it sauté on medium to low heat.
- Once your potatoes are cooked, drain the water and put some in a blender. Add water to cover them and turn on the blender. As needed, add water if it's too thick.
- After crushing the potatoes with the water, add the chopped cabbage little by little and continue crushing until reaching the desired color.*VERY IMPORTANT: EXCESS OF COLVE CAN BITTER THE BROTH!!!*
- Turn off the blender and take this broth to the pan with the ingredients that were sautéing.
- After that, just season to taste.
- Let it boil to thicken the broth (remembering that as it boils, the flavor of the seasonings gets more intense)
- Serve it Hot and can be accompanied with bread or toast.
- And now it's just a delight!!!!
