- Shredded chicken breast01 unit(s)
- Cook the potatoes with salt.
- In a blender, beat the potatoes with the cooking water and set aside.
- Cook the chicken breast with chicken broth or salt and shred.
- In a large pan, fry the garlic, onion and sauté the shredded chicken breast, add the finely chopped cabbage.
- Mix the beaten potatoes together with the sautéed cabbage and add any seasonings you want, such as pepper, salt, etc.
- Let it boil for a few minutes, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom. Turn off the heat and serve with side dishes such as crotons, grated cheese, parsley, pepper
