- In a pressure cooker, place the cassava, a little salt (to taste), and let it cook for approximately 25 minutes (start counting after it sizzles).
- Meanwhile, in a large pan, fry the Bacon and the pepperoni and when golden, remove the excess if the oil has come out.
- Add the chopped cabbage and bacon broth to the pan and set aside.
- After 25 minutes of cassava cooking, remove the pressure.
- And in the blender, beat the manioc little by little with your own cooking water.
- With everything well beaten, add the beaten liquid to the large pan and stir with the fried ones until it thickens a little.
- After that, just serve with bread or toast.
