- chopped cabbage5 unit(s)
- finely chopped sausage1 unit(s)
- soybean oil2 tablespoon
- salt1 to taste
- parsley1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- bacon1 to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cook with water and salt. Once cooked, take it to the blender and hit the water. In a pan, fry the sausage and bacon.
- Saute onion in oil until wilted. Add the broth and sausage and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick. If it's too thick, add a little water. Put the cabbage and keep it on the fire just for the time it wither (about 3 minutes). Adjust the salt and sprinkle with parsley and pepper to taste. Serve sprinkled with bacon.
