- Bacon200 g
- In a slightly high pan, place the oil, garlic, onion and black pepper and sauté well.
- Add the bacon and sausage, stir and add the water and the potatoes to boil until the potatoes are cooked.
- Take a slotted spoon and remove the boiled potatoes and hit the blender with a little of the broth until it becomes a porridge
- Put it back in the pan, add the cabbage and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
- Just serve as you prefer
