- Pepperoni Sausage1 unit(s)
- Bacon100 g
- Potatoes1 kg
- Water2 l
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Grated Garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Place the water, salt and potatoes cut into cubes in a pan and cook over medium heat until well cooked.
- Put the cooked potato and the cooking water in the blender and blend well until you get a homogeneous puree. Reserve.
- In another pan put the olive oil and bacon, lead to low fire and lightly fry. Add the pepperoni sausage, mixed sausage and grated onion.
- Leave it in the fire until it braises very well. Add the garlic and brown a little more. Add the finely sliced kale, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the potato broth obtained in the blender, mix well, adjust the salt, add the black pepper, and let it boil for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve this delicious green broth very warm!
