- Oil to taste
- In a pan, put the potato to cook with water and salt, until it is very soft, after cooked, beat it in the blender with the cooking water itself and set aside.
- Then put a little oil in a pan, throw the bacon cut into cubes and let it fry, then put the sausage cut into slices and let it cook, then put the chopped garlic and onion, and let it cook more a stir-fry
- Then add your seasonings to taste, the chopped cabbage sauté for another 2 minutes and add the potato broth, the cilantro, a little salt and pepper, let it boil to thicken a little and it's ready
