- Cook the aimpim, leave it soft. After cooking, hit the blender with the hot water until it forms a homogeneous broth and reserve.
- Put a thread of oil in a pan, Cut the onion into cubes and crush the garlic, put the two together to brown
- Cut the cabbage very thin and mix with the onion and garlic (if you want, add other seasonings, like cilantro, parsley, chives)
- Take the beaten cassava and put it in the pan, mix everything and serve. (if it gets too thick, add a little water)
- Note: if you want to add pepperoni or beef jerky, fry it before the onion and garlic, then add the other ingredients in the order above.
