- Yam1 kg

- Chopped green smell to taste
- Sausage300 g
- Minced Bacon100 g
- Cauliflower leaves6 unit(s)
- Hot water700 ml
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Peel the yams, and cut in half, in a pressure cooker, sauté the garlic with olive oil, then put the yams and salt and hot water, close the pan and let it cook until it gives pressure.
- In a pan, fry the chopped bacon and sausage and set aside.
- As soon as the yam is cooked, let it cool and hit the blender with the water, also put the cabbage leaves.
- Bring the yams with cabbage to the fire and add the sausage, the green seasoning and adjust the salt, let it boil and it will be ready.
