- Season the minced meat with garlic, black pepper, salt.
- Sauté and then add the chopped tomato, onion, pepper and green smell.
- After sautéing, add the coloral and stir.
- Add 1 liter of water, the potatoes and carrots finely chopped and wait for it to cook.
- Put the cassava flour in 1 cup of water to hydrate and then add it to the meat and stir.
- When the broth is thick and bubbling, throw the 3 eggs mixed in and stir for 3 minutes.
- After the broth is ready, sprinkle more parsley on top to give that charm.
