- Ground meat of your choice500 g
- Cassava1 kg
- Calabrian sausage2 unit(s)
- Bacon (small piece) to taste
- Garlic (crushed cloves)3 unit(s)
- Chopped large onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 tablespoon
- Beef broth tablet1 unit(s)
- Water500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Parsley (parsley and chives) to taste
- Olive oil/oil for sautéing to taste
- Cook the cassava and set aside
- Cook the meat, sautéing it with crushed garlic and salt
- In a blender, blend the cooked cassava with a little water
- In a large pan, heat the bacon, the pepperoni sausage and let it fry
- After frying these ingredients, add the tomato sauce, the onion and sauté
- Add the beaten cassava, ground meat and water
- Dissolve the beef stock cube and add
- Check for salt and add to taste if needed.
- Let the broth clear, turn off the pan and add the green smell
- Suggestion: Serve with toast and mozzarella
