- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Diced medium onion1 unit(s)
- Medium diced carrot1 unit(s)
- Diced pepperoni100 g
- Diced Bacon100 g
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Tomato extract1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Start by soaking the lentils in water for at least 2 hours.
- In a pan, fry the bacon, add the pepperoni until golden and set aside. In the same pan, using the bacon fat, sauté the onion, garlic and diced carrots, as soon as the onion becomes translucent, add the drained lentils, mustard, extract and Worcestershire sauce, adjust the salt and cover with water until it covers the lentil a finger above, cover the pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until it is soft and creamy.
- If necessary, add more water during cooking so as not to dry and burn the lentils, ok?
- Turn off the fire, correct the salt, add the green smell and just serve!
