- Cut the onion into rings or strips
- Melt the butter in the pan
- add to onions
- Add the sugar, stir and cover for 5 minutes.
- Add the flour and mix well
- Add the meat or vegetable broth
- Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut a clove of garlic in half and rub it on bread or toast.
- Add the butter to the skillet, and when it melts, toast the bread on both sides.
- Open the soup, add the roquefort or gorgonzola cheese, the milk, adjust the salt, white pepper and nutmeg
- Let it refine to reach the final texture
- Add 2 ladles to each ceramic bowl or ovenware
- Grate some Parmesan on top and put it on the grill to brown.
- Now just serve
