- Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)1 to taste
- Dore the garlic and onion and hit the blender with the already cooked cassava. Brown the chicken in butter or oil. Add the beaten cassava to the chicken, let it taste and it's ready. No need to add salt if the chicken is already seasoned with salt.
